I know, you get it. I love Martha's Vineyard. And yes, you're right, I do. So, in honor of my undying love for that island I am dedicating yet another post to it. Here's a few miscellaneous photos from vacation I couldn't find a spot for anywhere else. Please don't hate on this "random" post. I hate as much as you do when people stretch their creative boundaries by titling a Facebook album, "Random."

Weekend Update
3 words: Beach. Party. Glee. That was my weekend, what's better than that? I enjoyed one last glorious beach day before coming home, upon my arrival home I attended a friend's graduation party, and yesterday I got to see the Glee 3D movie. Beach, party, and Glee, three of my favorite things all in one weekend. While I don't have any photos from the party or of myself watching the Glee 3D movie (thought about it though, but I think even my fellow Gleeks would think that's a bit much), here are some highlights from my favorite beach on Martha's Vineyard.

Slowly Set, Sun
One of my favorite night time activities on the Island is going to sunset. When I or anyone in my family says this we all know what each other are referring to, but seeing as you are not my family(or maybe you are, thanks sister, mom and dad) let me explain what sunset is. We go to a beach known for some pretty wonderful views of said sunset, sip tasty wine because we're classy, and watch the sun set. I know, exciting. I swear I'm not 90, but I do enjoy a good sunset.
I feel like something cool in a foreign language should be inserted here. Let's try, "Jes suis un na na."
"I am a pineapple." Not quite romantic, but that's what you get for my one year of 6th grade French.

Date Night
Since the BF's, one turned husband, have vacationed with the rockin' family my parents have designated one night of vacation "date night." Each couple chooses a restaurant of their choice and gets to spend one romantic night together. Enough sap? I thought so too. It is one of my favorite vacation traditions and I feel so lucky that everyone in my family values the importance of food as much if not more than I do. This is probably why they don't mind me taking pictures of their food awkwardly while the waitress wonders what's going on.
Since my BF was unable to come to the Vineyard due to a fun trip he's currently on in Mexico, I was lucky enough to be accompanied on my date by my wonderful friend, Kerry. I must say, we make quite the pair.

Weekend Update: Best of the Best
This has been one of the best weekends of my summer. I was lucky enough to see two of my wonderful friends. We indulged in delicious food, tasty wine, and beautiful sunsets. God, this island is great.
Me and MQB(aka Molly). We met while studying abroad and have remained great friends since. Our mutual love for "The Office" and appreciation for awkward moments is what drew me to this lovely person who is now one of my best friends. And lucky for me, she's only a short ferry ride away from the Vineyard.
The following day my wonderful friend, Bekah, came to visit for the remainder of the weekend. I met Bekah my freshman year of college, we lived in the same dorm and have been friends ever since. It's hard to describe how wonderful she is in words, but she is so wonderful.
Despite my sadness about our goodbyes, I'm now awaiting the arrival of one of my very best friends from childhood! A great vacation, I'd say.

Good Eats
Shocking, I know. Good Eats, really? I swear I do more than eat on vacation, much to the contradiction of my recent post.
This little Italian place has been one of my families favorites since we started coming to the island. Not only are the portions enormous so you have delicious leftovers for next day's lunch, but the dishes themselves are so artfully prepared that it's hard to imagine such a small place could produce such big flavors!

You're Quite the Haven, Vineyard
First, I have some sad news, which has turned into better news, so it's really not too bad news. I idiotically erased each and every picture from my photo library two days ago. Sounds stupid right? Easier than you think. I was lucky enough to recover a few hundred, a few hundred out of 8,000 that is. Regardless, I've been staying positive by downloading a few of my favorites off of Facebook, see Mom, Facebook does have a purpose beyond cyber-stalking, and investing in a heavy duty external hard drive.
In light of recent events I've not only been staying away from my computer's trash can, but snapping away like crazy! My family decided to take the day off from the beach today, ahhh vacation speak, and walk around one of many adorable towns on the island.
