While I did have a lovely weekend with my family in the Berkshires, the following post is not technically about and or an update on my weekend, but instead the beginning of my fun trip to Portland last week. This trip was too fun not to share with you all, so here we go, stop 1 or in blog land, post 1 on the Portland express, Allagash Brewery. This quaint brewery is a few short minutes from downtown Portland and a great spot for beer lovers. The FREE tour began with five samplings of Allagash beer. While I am a beer lover, my love is limited to light, wheat beers, sorry IPA's, nothing personal. This tour was quick, fun, and most importantly FREE!
